Thank you for visiting our virtual home. East Little Havana CDC and it's Administration and employees strive to assist the needy in this portion of the City of Miami to find affordable housing, whether rental or owned, and to further the economic development of the area in order to enhance the quality of life of those whose economic possibilities would otherwise not allowed them the opportunity of decent housing.  

In the more than two decades since its inception, ELHCDC has build 13 buildings in the Little Havana portion of Miami, many of them with an innovative concept of residential and commercial components.

We are proud to have achieved the following:

•     9 Buildings for residential low income owners only
•     1 Building for a rental community for the elderly
•     3 Buildings for mixed use or residential owners and commercial tenants
•   11 Commercial units for small business leasing
• 569 Residential units total
•   82 Units are in a rental community for the elderly
